Companies going public is probably the most corrosive element of a country -- not only then are owners and operators liable to conduct that shd not penalize the business output, but then the business that may provide xyz to consumers is unstable due to a cache of investors we know nothing about or whom could upend by their own actions, let alone how said investors influence product distributed to consumers. Too many cooks in the kitchen that affects too many other businesses on the block. Investment shd be a private gamble not in a nationally influential casino.
