"NYC" and "private" in the same sentence is alone laughable .. but "city sponsored" of an app designed by a company founded by a couple of Jews (Itzhak Avraham and Elia Yehuda) is a knee slapper. Why would the city "sponsor" (tax fund) and sec app?
